Police Blotter from Unadilla Township Police Chief David S. Russell

 

Unadilla Township Police responded to the following calls for service this week:

 

3-04-2018 5:25 pm: A man who resides on Unadilla Road reported that he was assaulted by his wife during an argument.  After an investigation the woman was arrested and lodged on charges of domestic assault.

3-05-2018 8:46 am: An officer was dispatched to a Williamsville Road residence to assist medical responders on a call for a medical problem.

3-07-2018 7:19 am: An Officer responded to a garbage truck that had slid into the ditch in the area of Michigan 36 and Kane Road and was laying on its side.  M-36 had to be shut down to tip the vehicle back onto its wheels and tow it.

3-07-2018 7:33 am: A Trailblazer was reported in the ditch near Unadilla Road and Doyle Road.  It was not in the area when an Officer responded.

3-07-2018 12:35 pm: An Officer was dispatched to an alarm at a Tamara Drive residence.  It was determined that it was set off accidentally by the home owner.

3-07-2018 5:11 pm: An officer was dispatched to assist fire and emergency medical personnel with a medical emergency at a residence on Doyle Road.

3-8-2018 7:25 pm: A traffic crash was reported in the area of Oliver Court and Williamsville Road involving a Chevy Traverse and a Dodge journey.

3-8-2018 8:15 pm: A domestic dispute involving a family member, one of which was reported to be making suicidal statements, was reported at an undisclosed address.  One person was transported to the hospital by ambulance for psychological evaluation.

3-8-2018 9:38 pm:  An officer assisted the Pinckney Police Department by conducting traffic control at that scene of an injury accident in the Village.

3-9-2018 11:44 pm: An officer assisted the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department by locating a vehicle that had fled from the scene of a crash they were investigating.  The vehicle was located in the downtown Gregory area.

3-10-2018 7:04 am: A welfare check was requested for a person living in the Kaiserville area who was reported to be depressed.  An officer made contact and found the person was not in need of assistance.
