Stockbridge Police responded to the following complaints this week:

12/12/17, 8:05 pm: Assisted Ingham Co. Sheriff’s Department in the 2800 block of Swan Rd. on a burglary-in-progress complaint. The caller reported that there were two vehicles in the drive way and two subjects in her garage and another person in a car in the road. Units arrived on scene and were unable to substantiate the caller’s claims. Unfounded.

12/12/17, 9 pm: Warrant arrest on a Stockbridge complaint in Jackson Co. Jackson Co. advised that a 21-yr-old Brooklyn, MI. man was in custody on a driving while suspended charge dating from June of 2017 in Stockbridge. The man was allowed to post bond and given future court date.

12/13/17, 2:15: pm Unwanted subject complaint in the 200 block of S. Clinton. The caller advised that her ex-boyfriend was outside the home and refusing to leave. Stockbridge Police arrived on scene and made contact with the 34-yr-old Stockbridge man who advised that the caller told him he could come over to retrieve some personal belongings. He left voluntarily without incident.
