TAKE THE CHALLENGE

It’s time to get off the couch, turn off the TV, put down the Party Size bag of Doritos and GET IN THE GAME.  The Stockbridge Area Wellness Coalition wants YOU to be the absolute best and healthiest YOU in 2018.

SAWC is very proud and excited to host the BRIDGE TO WELLNESS CHALLENGE.  This is a 15-week weight loss and wellness challenge offered FREE to all Stockbridge Community Members 18 years and older.  The challenge will provide all of the resources, motivation and community support to kick-start your way to a healthier life-style.  Whether you need to make better choices, lose that last stubborn 15-pounds or begin your journey to significant weight loss, this program is designed for you.

The CHALLENGE will be a point/performance based program.  Participants will earn valuable points for monthly weight loss, activity (step) tracking, food-journaling and event participation.  All registrants will be given free activity trackers and food journals (while supplies last), and all CHALLENGE finishers will receive a custom made “BRIDGE TO WELLNESS CHALLENGE” T-Shirt.  Prizes will be awarded to the top performers.

Registration will begin Jan. 2nd, 2018 and run through Feb. 28th.  The CHALLENGE will kick-off on Saturday, March 3rd, concluding on Friday, June 15th at the DAY IN THE VILLAGE.  It’s easy to register, registration forms will be available at the Stockbridge Wellness Center, Stockbridge Pharmacy, Cravingz Coffee Shop and the Stockbridge Community Library.  You can also request an electronic registration form at bridgetowellnesschallenge@gmail.com.  Simply put “registration form request” in the subject line.
