Eaton Community Bank branch remodeling begins

Information from Eaton Community Bank

The modernization project at the Stockbridge Branch of Eaton Community Bank is currently underway.

Many improvements are planned including significant technology upgrades, additional community and private meeting spaces and remodeled customer restrooms. A modern approach to the traditional teller lines also will be implemented.

The project began on Jan. 10 and is expected to take about six months to complete. Updates on the remodeling, along with artist renderings, will be shared on the Eaton Community Bank website and various social media sites.

“The investment will modernize the branch to align our physical facilities with the new brand that launched in late 2020,” said Eaton Community Bank President Timothy Jewell. “This investment is in keeping our commitment to providing  premier banking services through both our in-person and digital customer service channels.”

With the challenge of the pandemic environment, bank employees are prepared to be flexible and will work to manage any obstacles that may arise. Email notifications will go out in advance for any drive-thru or ATM availability interruptions.

While the project will require some patience for customers and employees alike, Jewell said, the community can “expect to see a warm, inviting space” upon completion of the renovation. He added, “Our commitment to providing a great customer experience with the solutions and services to meet your financial needs continues to drive our every decision.”
