All You Can Eat Hotcake Supper at Stockbridge McDonald’s

Help Outreach turn hotcakes into help for your neighbors! Stockbridge McDonald’s is generously donating $2 of every $2.50 ticket sold for the All-You-Can-Eat delicious hotcake supper being held this Thursday, March 7 from 4 – 7 p.m.

One dollar spent by Outreach at the Greater Lansing Food Bank allows them to buy over $4 worth of food. For 2018, Outreach spent $4553.43 at the Greater Lansing Food Bank and received $26,024.88 worth of food that was distributed to area residents in need. In addition to food, Outreach helps those who qualify with transportation, housing, utilities, prescriptions and more.

Outreach serves those who live in the Stockbridge Community School district. They are newly located in the Stockbridge Activity Center (old middle school). Their entrance is door #20 off the back parking lot on Cherry Street, just north of Elm Street. Hours are Mondays and Fridays from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. and Wednesdays from 1 – 6 p.m. For more information, please call 517-851-7285, go to or check them out on Facebook.

    Join us in raising funds for the Hannah Glair Memorial 4-H Award fund. All profits will go to this annual award given to members of Ingham County 4-H and exhibiting at the Ingham County Fair. Hannah shared her enthusiasm and knowledge about her 4-H projects with Ingham County Fair attendees. This willingness to share enthusiasm and knowledge with Fair attendees will be a portion of the recipient’s selection process.     Experimental Aircraft AssociationChapter 55 will host 

    MASON AVIATION DAY on Saturday, August 17th.


    There will be an “All-U-Can-Eat” Pancake Breakfast (served with eggs, sausage, juice & coffee) from 7:30am to 11:00am.  Cost$7.00 adults/$3.00 12 & under.

    Lunch will be served from noon until 2:00pm with Pork BBQ, Brats, and Hot Dogs on the menu.  Costs range $3-$4.00.

    Breakfast and lunch served rain or shinebut fingers are crossed for wonderful summer weather to watch many types of homebuilt, antique, warbird and general aviation aircraft as they fly in throughout the day. Various aviation exhibits are also planned.

    Airplane rides will be available for $30 per person. Bi-Plane rides will also be available for $75.00 per person. Both are weather permitting.

    Lansing Community College Aviation Technology Center will be hosting an Open House in conjunction with thisevent with tours of their outstanding facility.  This will afford visitors to the airport an excellent opportunity learn about this world class educational program available in our own community.

    EAA Chapter 55 invites all to come out to the Mason-Jewett Airport at the corner of Kipp Road & Eden Road in Mason for a fun day of food and planes, planes, planes.
