Police Blotter from Police Chief Johnnie W. Torres Jr.

 

Stockbridge Police responded to the following complaints this week:

9/27/17, 5 pm: Threats complaint in the 200 block of W. Main St. The Stockbridge Police Department was alerted by a citizen that he was receiving threatening text messages from a 46-yr-old Livingston County man. No formal charges are being sought at this time.

9/28/17, 11:30 am: Dog-at-large complaint in Veteran’s Park. Police observed a loose Pitbull dog in the park with no one attending to it. The owner of the dog was identified and the 31-yr-old Stockbridge man was cited.

9/30/17, 10:50 pm: Traffic stop on M-52 near Green Rd. for a vehicle with no registration plate. Police made contact with the 22-yr-old St. Charles, MI. man and found he did not have valid registration, or insurance, or license. The man was cited and released and the vehicle was impounded.
