SRSLY Stockbridge presents Outdoor Movie Night

SRSLY members have been planning for months and are excited to announce they are hosting a free showing of “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” at 9:00 pm on Saturday, June 15th to conclude the 25th Annual “A Day in the Village” community festival. The movie will be shown outdoors on the lawn of the Stockbridge Town Square. There is no cost or tickets to attend. Concessions will be sold. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on, and get set to enjoy this classic film with family and friends!

 

Free pre-movie games and activities will start at 7:30 pm on the town square.  Themed stations will include:

 

  • Juicing Room – balloon dart game
  • Eggdicator – Plinko
  • Inventing Room – slime making station
  • Fizzy Lifting Drinks
  • Wonka Vision Station
  • Oompa Loompa photo board
  • Plus prizes and other fun!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In order to ensure the event runs smoothly, SRSLY is in need of volunteers who can help in a variety of roles. Volunteers are needed for event set-up, supervising activity stations, and to take photos. Sponsor links will be listed in SRSLY email communications and on SRSLY’s website. During the event, sponsors will be celebrated on a large “thank you” sign and included in announcements.
