Waterloo Area Historical Society Hosts Christmas on the Farm Shopping Experience

by Arlene Kaiser

Waterloo Area Historical Society is excited to offer a Christmas on the Farm shopping experience Dec 5-6. The farmhouse will be open by appointment only for you to shop for holiday gifts. Schedule your visit by calling 517-392-3195. A face mask is required for admittance into the shop.

Visit the Christmas Market to purchase your favorite gift items. Wool socks, candles, crafted ornaments, quilts, pottery, goat milk soaps, lip balms and wooden toys to name just a few. Everyone appreciates food items such as honey, coffee beans, maple syrup, holiday spice tea blends and Waterloo Farm’s famous bean soup mix. Wreaths and decor are available for your seasonal decorating. All gifts are locally sourced from Waterloo area artisans and vendors.

Waterloo Farm volunteers, donations from many community members and generous vendor consignments will help make this an enjoyable experience. Help support the Farm Museum and the local economy.

If you wish to make a purchase ahead of the weekend, please call for further information.
