Ayleana Kristine Crabtree-Valedictorian

Honors/Activites:  All A honor roll, AP Biology, Biology, Chemistry, Anatomy and Physiology, ALgebra C, and English 10.
Inspiration:  Her parents inspire her to be better and her teachers inspire her to go further.
Philosophy:  Hard work isn’t scary. Scary is waking up just to realize you’ve never had a hard day’s work in your life.

Future:  Plans to attend Eastern Michigan University to become a high school biology or ecology teacher.
Kayla Drew-Valedictorian
Parents:  Gregg and Susan Drew
Honors/Activities:  Outstanding achievement awards in Biology, US History, Creative Writing, Chemistry and AP Biology.  Also on the Clawmarks team, the school literacy magazine.
Inspiration:  Her late grandfather, Joseph Drew, gave her a foundational understanding in baking, gardening, hardwork, and that not all western movies are bad to watch.
Philosophy: To enjoy the small moments in life like the satisfaction of completing a task or the feeling of sunshine on my face.

Madison Howard-Valedictorian
Parents:  Brian and Kaci Howard
Honors/Activites:  National Honor Society, Student Council, Cross Country, Track and Field, Basketball.   Madi is also the Stockbridge Inventeam team leader.
Inspiration:  Madi’s inspiration comes from her parents and her grandparents.  Also her teacher, Bob Richards and her coaches, Jeff Trapp, Steve Allison and Chuck Bumpus.
Philosophy:  Life isn’t about finding yourself, it is about creating yourself.

Future Plans:  Madi plans on attending Trine University to study Biomedical Engineering.
Erin Keiser-Valedictorian
Parents:   Donald and Lorraine Keiser
Honors/Activites:   AP biology, Physics, Psychology, Chemistry, Algebra C, Government, Spanish, English 10 and 11 awards.  National Society of High School honors, Greater Lansing Activities Conference All Academic Team.
Inspiration:   Her parents inspire her and also teacher, Jessica Martell.

Future Plans:  Kaylee will be attending Nursing school at the University of Michigan.

Inspiration:  Her family inspires her, they have always been positive role models and have always pushed and supported her.

Honors/Activities:  4.0 GPA, Lemelson-MIT Inventeam member, DAR Citizenship award, Make Whats Next Patent Program.  Varsity Basketball, varsity soccer, varsity track, NHS, Class officer.

Logan Long-Salutatorian

Parents:  Randy Long and Nicole Myers
Honors/Activities:  English 9 Award, Physics, and exploring computers.  Member of the National Honor Society and First Robotics.
Inspiration:  Logan has always looked up to the late Stephen Hawking as well as Neil DeGrasse Tyson due to their brilliant minds.  And also, Elon Musk, I mean come on–He is Elon Musk!
Philosophy:  Do what you love and love what you do.  At the end of the day you will always have yourself.  So make sure your doing what you love.

Favorite Book:  Definitely the Percy Jackson series, Greek Mythology has always been fascinating to Logan.
Future Plans:  I have been accepted to and plan on attending Michigan Technological University with the intent to major in Aerospace Engineering.  After college Logan hopes to work at NASA.

Jillian Cadieux

Parents:  Theresa and Brent Cadieux
Honors/Activities:  National Pacemaker award, 2nd place student MIPA film award, 2nd place Thunderbay International film festival, algebra award.  Varsity track and field,competitive dance.
Inspiration:  Her mother, because her mom has been through so much, yet she still encourages me to fulfill my dreams and become the person I am meant to be.
Philosophy:  You only have one life to live, so don’t waste it by doing something you don’t love.  Experience the world for everyday it has to offer.  Beauty is an amazing thing.

Future Plans:  Jillian plans on attending Grand Valley State University in the fall.  She is majoring in graphic design and minoring in a foreign language. She is also studying abroad her sophomore year.

Shelby Hall

Kali Roskowski

Parents:  Kim and Al Roskowski
Honors/Activities:  6 time MIPA statewide award for individual Journalism, Academic Letter, Top GPA 9th grade.  Student on the Uncaged Student newspaper, also on Track and Field.
Inspiration:  Emma Watson, because she is not afraid to stand up for what she believes in.
Philosophy:  No matter what you’re doing, give it your all.  That way you can never blame yourself for anything.

Favorite book:  The Circus McGurkus by Dr. Seuss (she read this book every night as a child, it opened up her imagination.)
Future Plans:  Kali plans on attending Washtenaw Community College and transferring later to Michigan State University.  She wants to study photography and English.
