Meeting called to order by President Pro-Tem Cattell at 7:00 pm.Roll Call: PRESENT:Pro-Tem Frederick Cattell, Trustee Richard Mullins, Trustee Chadwick Quintanilla , Trustee Heath Corey, Trustee Greg Uihlein, Trustee Kim Morehouse; ABSENT: President Molly Howlett, Others Present: Debbie Nogle, Village Clerk, John Gormley, Village Attorney, Citizens were also present

Pledge of Allegiance Boy Scouts Troop #425 led the pledge of allegiance;.Approval of Agenda
MOTION by Quintanilla, SUPPORTED by Uihlein, APPROVED; the March 2, 2020 agenda as amended to add under New Business: f. Letter from Township Supervisor Lantis; g. Tap Fees; h. Water and Sewer Increase; add Unfinished Business: a. 111 W. Main Street Motion carried with unanimous ayes; Approval of Minutes: MOTION by Uihlein, SUPPORTED by Mullins to approve the minutes of February 3, 2020 as amended; change the President led the Pledge of Allegiance to Boy Scout Troop 425 led the Pledge of Allegiance.Motion carried with unanimous ayes; MOTION by Mullins, SUPPORTED by Uihlein to approve the special minutes of February 18, 2020 as presented by Clerk Nogle Motion carried with unanimous ayes;Public Comment – There was public comment; FINANCIAL REPORT: Accounts Payable: MOTION by Quintanilla, SUPPORTED by Corey, APPROVED; the accounts payable as presented by Clerk Nogle. AYES: Uihlein, Quintanilla, Corey, Mullins, Morehouse, Cattell NAYS: None ABSENT: Howlett MOTION PASSED; President Report President Pro-Tem Cattell updated the council on ongoing projects;.Police Report – No report. NEW BUSINESS Acclamation: Boy Scouts
The Village of Stockbridge Council recognized Troop Scout Kaleb Adkins for achieving Eagle Scout for the outstanding work in building 4 benches for Stockbridge School District Nature Trail.

Chamber of Commerce/Suzi Greenway Road Closures MOTION by Uihlein, SUPPORTED by Corey, APPROVED; to road closures for the Day in the Village and table the road closures for Suzi Greenway.Motion carried unanimously; Meeting Date Change MOTION by Uihlein, SUPPORTED by Mullins, APPROVED; to reschedule the April 6, 2020 meeting to April 13, 2020.Motion carried unanimously; Vacant Village Property MOTION by Cattell, SUPPORTED by Mullins, APPROVED; to table the village property on S. M106 until more information can be obtained. Motion carried unanimously; Cemetery Lots Increase MOTION by Cattell, SUPPORTED by Mullins, APPROVED; to table the Cemetery Lots Increase. Motion carried unanimously Letter from Ingham County Judge Boyd MOTION by Uihlein, SUPPORTED by Mullins, APPROVED; to table the letter from Judge Boyd of the building at 140 S. Clinton Street and 122 S. Clinton Street is structural sound. Motion carried unanimously. Tap Fees Increase MOTION by Uihlein, SUPPORTED by Morehouse, APPROVED; to table the tap fees increase.
