Beginning Monday, April 20, 2020, E. Elizabeth St. will be closed between S. Williams St. and Garfield to vehicle and pedestrian traffic. We are excited to announce the construction of E. Elizabeth St., culvert, road and sidewalk. This project should be completed within two weeks.
