I often hear people on television and everyday conversations say, “God.” The second commandment is to honor God’s name. I caught myself saying his name and I thought “You aren’t praying or talking about God so you are using his name in vain.” I made an effort to stop misusing his name. Many people don’t realize how commonly His name is thrown about. I hope this will be a wake up call to try to do better.
