Beginning May 4, 5 Healthy Towns Foundation (5HF) invites you to join us for an 8-week wellness program that is accessible from wherever you are in the 5HF region. Follow along and join the conversation on 5HF’s Facebook and Instagram pages or the Chelsea Wellness Center website, as each weekly theme explores a dimension of well-being and provides inspiration and tools to help you build sustainable, healthy habits.
Designed in partnership with Chelsea Hospital Nutrition Department and Timber Creek Foundation, this free, 8-week program is designed to connect you to your goals and to the many resources that support strong wellness habits. From park events to free community events at the wellness centers, you’ll find something that meets your needs.
Participants who register will receive a free wellness journal to track their achievements during the campaign. Also included are short weekly video posts and online personal training resources that are easy to access when the time is right. Explore wellness journaling, mindfulness, tips and tricks for incorporating physical activity into your workday, and more.
“If this is the invitation you’ve been waiting for, we hope you’ll discover a new commitment to your personal wellness,” said Steve Petty, CEO of 5 Healthy Towns Foundation.
