Christmas spirit alive and well among Masons and American Legion

When the brothers at Stockbridge Free and Accepted Masons Lodge 130 were able to purchase all wish-list gifts except for one for their Christmas Outreach program, the Sons of the American Legion post 150 joined forces with them.

“I was talking with some of my friends from here in town,” Mason senior warden C.G. Lantis said, “and they generously gave an additional $300 to purchase the final outstanding gift to fulfill the family’s needs here in the Stockbridge area.”

Lantis lauded the cooperative efforts, saying they were an example of how “we do come together to make a difference and to make our community a great place to live.”
