St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea to host a family-to-family educational program on mental illness

(March 4, 2019) — Beginning March 14, St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea will host a 12-week family-to-family educational program to help parents, friends, and caregivers understand and support individuals with serious mental illness. The family-to-family program is one of several signature programs developed by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and is an evidenced-based program; it has quantitative research to support its effectiveness.
