CHELSEA, Michigan (Dec. 9, 2019) – St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea will offer Senior Fit classes at Emanuel United Church of Christ, located at 324 W. Main Street in Manchester, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:15 to 2:15 p.m.  Senior Fit is a FREE exercise program for people age 55 and over that encourages senior adults to exercise their way to a healthier lifestyle.  The program features standing and chair exercises that build strength and flexibility, as well as improve balance and cardiovascular fitness.

Meet some live sled dogs from Tun-Dra Kennels when their staff visits to talk about mushing and the Iditarod. If weather permits, we’ll also go outside for a demonstration. Saturday, Jan. 18 • 2–3 p.m.
