Craft and Vendor Show: Sat., May 11

You are invited to the Fishville Farms Action for Animals craft show along with a Huron Valley Humane Society pet food/supply drive. They take place on Saturday, May 11 at 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Chelsea Fairgrounds in the green sports barn. Please use the gate across from the Recycling Center on Old Manchester Rd. Look for our banners and flags!

Admission is free to the family friendly craft/vendor show with over 50 artisan crafters and small businesses to shop and support.

A FREE Blueskye concert takes place from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. There will also be a FREE kids activity station.

Lunch food trucks include: MexiCrunch, Burnt Honey, and Triple E’s Eatery.

Come on out and shop local and support all!

Bring the family and challenge yourselves to an afternoon adventure in the forest with outdoor enthusiast Meg Gower. Winter is a great time of year for learning how to use a compass to find your way in the woods. Winter’s lack of leaves provides great views of Waterloo’s unique topography. This program is suitable for all ages and skill levels. Compasses will be provided or bring your own. The program is all outdoors, so dress appropriately for the weather. Cost: $2/person or $5/family. Eddy Discovery Center, 17030 Bush Rd. in the Waterloo Recreation Area near Chelsea. Program limited to 30 participants.
