HERPS! MICHIGAN’S AMPHIBIANS AND REPTILES: 2:00 – 3:00 p.m., Sunday, June 5.  Nature Discovery will be showing you a number of live snakes and turtles that can be found in our state.  Observe these intriguing creatures up close as you learn about their diverse life styles and how they survive in Michigan.  Following the program, you will have the opportunity to handle some of them and watch them eat.  Cost: $2/person or $5/family. Eddy Discovery Center, 17030 Bush Rd. in the Waterloo Recreation Area near Chelsea.  Advance registration required at (734) 475-3170, as this program is limited to 40 people.

Each week drop by for a LEGO build challenge or construct your own design.

Every Wednesday: Pop-up food distribution for anyone in need through Greater Lansing Food Bank. In parking lot outside Stockbridge Community Outreach (at Elm & Cherry Streets) between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

The Open Air Market of Stockbridge began its 12th season on Friday, May 6, on the township square in downtown Stockbridge from 4 pm to 7 pm. Each week through October 28, we plan to set up so that we all can enjoy camaraderie.

Market Music, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., will feature bands and performers with a variety of music. Bring your own chair or use one of ours. Our Market is the only place where you can hear LIVE MUSIC every week for FREE!
