December 13 the panther Cubs PTO will be having their annual winter carnival. This is a combination fundraiser/event for the students, preschool through sixth grade. There will be games, crafts and activities for children and silent auction items for parents to bid on. The event will be held from 5 to 7 PM at Smith elementary.
