Free Museum Day Waterloo Farm and Dewey School

FALL FLORA OF WATERLOO STATE RECREATION AREA: 2:00 – 4:30 p.m., Sunday, September 8.
Join naturalist Robert Ayotte for an investigation of fall flora in the vicinity of the Eddy Discovery Center.
We’ll look at asters, goldenrods, sunflowers, spotted coralroot orchids, and discuss just about anything that is
blooming or fruiting at this time of year. Be prepared for about a 2.5 mile of easy walking along the trails. Bring
a loupe (hand lens) or borrow one from the Eddy Discovery Center. Cost: $2/person or $5/family with State
Recreation Passport. Eddy Discovery Center, 17030 Bush Rd. in the Waterloo Recreation Area near Chelsea.

The First Presbyterian Church of Stockbridge is hosting an All You Can Eat Country Breakfast on Sunday, September 15 from 8 a.m. to Noon for the eighteenth annual All Clubs Day event in Stockbridge.

Everyone is welcome to attend the breakfast served at the First Presbyterian Church CE Building, located at 101 S. Center Street, Stockbridge.

Breakfast includes: homemade biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, French toast sticks, hashbrowns, bacon and sausage patties.

Please note that we only accept cash. All proceeds support local missions and outreach programs.

The show will feature vintage, classic and remarkable motorcycles. Participation is by invitation only, but spectators are welcome.

RAPTOR MIGRATION: 2:00 – 3:30 p.m., Sunday, September 29. Francie Krawcke of Michigan Avian Experience will bring several raptors including hawks, a turkey vulture & an eagle, and discuss how & why they migrate. First Mondays of each month: Wellness Social Hours sponsored by Stockbridge Area Outreach. Behavioral health navigators from Chelsea Hospital will lead one-hour sessions focused on bringing people together and fighting social isolation. 3:00-4:00 p.m. Stockbridge Outreach Meeting Room (Room #123) in the Stockbridge Activity Center. Light refreshments provided.
