SPRING WILDFLOWER FACTS AND FOLKLORE: 2:00 - 3:30 p.m., Sunday, May 1.  Enjoy an afternoon learning about many of our early spring wildflowers with retired Park Naturalist, Carol Clements.  The program will begin indoors where you will learn about identification, historical uses, botanical quirks, and fun folklore.  Afterwards, there will be an optional trail walk to look for some of these flowers.  Cost: $2/person or $5/family.  Eddy Discovery Center, 17030 Bush Rd. in the Waterloo Recreation Area near Chelsea.  Advance registration required at (734) 475-3170, as this program is limited to 30 people.
