Gregory man arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, window peeping

A 70-year-old Gregory resident was arrested on Sept. 18, 2025, on a 3-count misdemeanor disorderly conduct warrant for window peeping. The warrant came as the result of an investigation, conducted by the Unadilla Township Police Department, in which the suspect was identified in a window peeping incident that occurred on Aug. 9, just after 11 p.m.
A neighbor spotted the suspect looking into the victim’s windows and called 911. The suspect fled from the scene prior to police arriving. The subsequent investigation resulted in witnesses who were able to identify the suspect, video evidence, and previous victims who had not yet come forward. The suspect was arraigned on Sept. 18 and is next scheduled for court on Oct 27.
