Halloween parade fun in 2021

by Judy Brune

The light rain didn’t dampen the Halloween spirit at Smith Elementary and Heritage School on “Party Day,” Friday, October 29. Parents, grandparents and friends lined the sidewalks to observe a shortened parade route between the schools. The parade continued through the halls of both schools, so students and staff members could enjoy the many creative (and scary!) costumes. The day ended with classroom Halloween parties that included sweet treats and activities―a  special tradition, and a fun afternoon!
