Letter to the Editor:

Recently I had the misfortune of needing several auto repairs. I went to a local auto parts store to attempt to find out what parts were needed. A staff member came outside in the cold to test my car with a machine that would print out the problem(s). To my despair, I had several problems- tires, alternator, exhaust etc. The staff of the auto parts store recommended a local business to do the auto repairs, assuring me, “They won’t do you wrong”

I was impressed with their work. I felt the repair was done with integrity, a fair price, and great work. Great all-around service. I appreciate being treated so well by our local businesses.

My word of advice is to shop local and support our local businesses. We have a beautiful town, especially at this time of year.

Thank you. Merry Christmas and blessings for the upcoming New Year!
