In a Memorial Day service held at the Oaklawn Cemetery, the Stockbridge area community honored those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country as well as the community’s deceased veterans.
The talented Josie Beutler sang “America the Beautiful.
The Stockbridge Village president, Jill Ogden, delivers the welcome address.
With 34 years of service to our country, Jim Grime, US Army retired, gave the Memorial Day Address.
Elaine Tisch, Auxiliary Chaplain, gives a Memorial Prayer.
Steve Mayville started the roll call of deceased members with the WWII veterans.
Veteran Frank Maxwell continued reading the roll call of the deceased.
Post members place a wreath by the memorial flagpole.
