Panthers Stumble in Opener Against Grass Lake
The 2019 season got off to a slow start as the Stockbridge football team fell to Grass Lake 58-12 in a game that was called in the second half due to thunderstorms that hit the area.

Grass Lake would score three more times and a safety made it 44-6 before the Nelson to Freiermuth connection hooked up once again, this time for 44 yards to make it 44-12.
The Warriors would add two more scores before the storms rolled in and called off the rest of the game making the final 58-12.
