2/7/18, 3 pm:  Fraud complaint in the 600 block of W. Main St. SPD took a complaint from store management about an employee embezzling over a $1000 worth of lottery tickets. SPD identified and interviewed a 49-yr-old Stockbridge woman and obtained a confession.  Formal charges are pending.

2/13/18, 12:47 pm:  Threat of violence complaint in the 400 block of N. Center St. SPD identified a 14-yr-old juvenile as the person making the threat and later arrested him.  He is currently lodged in the Ingham Co. Youth Home.

2/16/18, 7 pm:  Warrant arrest in the 3900 block of Morton Rd. SPD arrest a subject for a felony dangerous drugs warrant out of the Michigan State Police-Jackson Post.  Cameron Allen, 48 of Stockbridge, was taken into custody and later turned over to MSP.

2/17/18, 3 pm:  Embezzling complaint in the 100 block of S. Clinton. SPD took a complaint that an employee was embezzling narcotics from the business. SPD identified an accused and later obtained a confession from the 25-yr-old Stockbridge woman. Formal charges are pending.

2/19/18, 1:45 pm:  Assist Jackson Co. S.D. and SAESA in the 300 block of Main St. in Munith. SPD was asked to provide mutual aid to Jackson Co. for a report of two subjects in a vehicle that were unresponsive. SPD arrived on scene and found an unconscious white female with a needle on the seat beside her.  The 49-yr-old Jackson woman was awakened and checked by SAESA. The other subject was not found. The scene was later turned over to Jackson Co. Sheriff.

2/19/18, 10:25 pm:  Domestic disturbance in the 200 block of S. Williams. SPD arrived on scene and made contact with a 38-year-old male the 35-year-old mother of his children. No crime found to have occurred. Civil matter.

2/20/18, 2:45 pm:  Obscene conduct reported in the 400 block of N. Clinton involving two juveniles. This matter is under investigation.

2/21/18, 12:30 pm:  Drugs complaint in the 400 block of N. Clinton involving two juveniles. This complaint has been forwarded to the Ingham Co. Prosecutor’s office for warrant authorization.

2/26/18, 4:45 pm:  Warrant arrest in the Oaklawn Cemetery. SPD observed a subject walking in the cemetery that had a misdemeanor warrant for possession of Marijuana stemming from an incident in October of last year. SPD arrested Jerrold Long, Jr, 31 of Stockbridge, and later released on personal recognizance bond.

2/28/18, 12:50 pm:  Disorderly conduct complaint in the 200 block of S. Williams. SPD was called in reference to a 38-year-old Stockbridge man acting disorderly with other tenants. The man was cited for disturbing the peace and given a court date.

3/2/18, 7 pm:  Traffic stop in the 800 block of S. Clinton St. SPD conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding. Upon contact with the three minors, officers detected an odor of marijuana. A search was conducted and a handgun was discovered. This is under investigation with formal charges pending for carrying a concealed weapon.
