Stockbridge High School Honors GLAC Scholar Athletes

The Greater Lansing Activities Conference held its 5th Annual Scholar-Athlete Banquet at the Radisson Hotel in Lansing Wednesday, April 24th.

Scholar-Athlete Awards go to the top seven GPA’s for Senior student athletes in each school. The student athletes must also earn two varsity letters their Senior year or earn three varsity letters in the same sport in their four years of high school.

Earning 2019 Scholar Athlete Awards for Stockbridge were Katelyn Knieper, Michelle Zemke, Brody Canfield, Daniel Ballagh, Paige Brown, Ethan Jones, and Tayler Varner.

Student-Athletes from the seven GLAC schools were honored at the event that had Geoff Kimmerly of the MHSAA as the Master of Ceremonies and special guest speaker WLNS Sportscaster Fred Heumann.
