Stockbridge Township Supervisor CG Lantis called the Regular Stockbridge Township Board Meeting to order on August 20, 2018 at 7:35 pm at the Stockbridge Township Hall. Members present at the meeting Supervisor CG Lantis, Clerk Becky Muraf, Treasurer Kris Lauckner Trustee Terry Sommer,. Member absent from meeting: Trustee Ed Wetherell

Sommer motion to accept the Stockbridge Township Board Meeting agenda Lauckner second with the following amendments added Fall Festival, Pole Decorating Charity and Roads. All in Favor Motion Carried

Sommer motion to accept Stockbridge Township Board Financial report as printed. Laukner second All in Favor motion Carried.
Ken Palka From Pfeffer, Hanniford, Palka went over the Stockbridge Township Audit Stockbridge Township is in excellent Financial Condition. As of April 1, 2017 Fund Balance was $1,215,765 Year end March 31, 2018 Fund Balance is $1,442,966

Lauckner motion to accept Pathway Land Scape bid for $7,250.00 with an additional $1,000.00 for Concrete work. Stockbridge Township board did try to get other bids but lack of response Stockbridge Township Board has decided to go with Pathway Land Scape. Lantis reached out to Titan Trash to have a clean up day. Titan Trash quoted Lantis $1350.00 for 2 trucks Muraf will be reaching out to Unadilla to see about having a tire disposal along with metal and freon. Stockbridge Township Board is talking with Village of Stockbridge Council about working together on this for the community. Sommer motion that Stockbridge Township Board spend up to $5,000.00 on Proposed cleanup day on September 22, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 2:00PM Lauckner Second Roll Call Vote Lauckner Yes, Sommer Yes, Muraf Yes, Lantis Yes Motion Carried

Muraf will be contacting Mariah Fink about a letter or memo for the Stockbridge Township Board to send out to residents with options for the maintenance Private Drives.

Lauckner motion to accept Kip Vogel bid at $5950.00 for a new roof on the Fire Hall Sommer Second Lauckner amended to add an addition $4050.00 for any unforeseen conditions. Roll Call Vote Muraf Yes, Sommer Yes, Lauckner Yes, Lantis Yes. Motion Called
Sommer motion to accept Dennis Wood Bid for Caulking construction joints and curbs on the Stockbridge Township Square for $1,985 Lauckner second All in Favor Motion Carried

Lauckner motion to accept Brian Holloway Building Services bid of $12,000.00 for painting and redoing the front peak of the Stockbridge Township Hall Sommer Second Roll Call Vote Sommer Yes, Lauckner Yes, Muraf Yes, Motion Carried.

Sommer motion to allow up to $1,300.00 for Katrina Griffith annual Planning Conference Lauckner second All in Favor Motion Carried
Stockbridge Township Board renewed 2 CD on August 15, 2018 Commercial Bank CD balance is $212,216.79 Renewed for 6 months at 1.25%. Dart Bank CD balance is $210,246.83 Renewed for 12 months at 1.50%

Stockbridge Township Board does not have it in the Stockbridge Township Budget to help The Village of Stockbridge with the Harvest Festival this year.

Stockbridge Township Board pole charity will be Stockbridge Outreach.

Lantis will call Ingham County Road Commissioner about what roads are being done this year and when will they be done.
Sommer motion to pay the Stockbridge Township Board monthly bills in the amount of $ 36,322.74 Lauckner second All in Favor Motion Carried

Citizen’s Comment. Trick or Treating on the Square Muraf and Betty Wetherell are working on a flyer and the details.
