Student of the Month Spotlight: Ava Vaccaro – “Kindness makes a difference”

Ava Vaccaro an 8th grade student at Stockbridge Jr/Sr High lives by the guideline of being kind to others. She believes that this “makes a difference in peoples lives and can brighten their day.” Ava credits her parents and older sister of being great examples of this sentiment and to always doing your best, which she also exemplifies.
This year Ava has earned straight A’s and earned a spot on the honor roll. She loves the subjects of Math and History, but one day hopes to own and operate an interioir design business. Some hobbies include playing basketball, volleyball and baking.
Attending Stockbridge Community Schools her whole life, Ava treasures the close friendships that she has made and living in the small town, where friends and family are always close by. She appreciates all the different things she has had the opportunity to learn over the years in school.
