The Friends of the Library volunteers decorate light pole for Halloween

Volunteers for the Friends of the Library get to work on a light pole display that celebrates the 20^th anniversary of both the Capital Area District Libraries and the Harry Potter book series by J.K. Rowling. The pole is one of dozens that have been decorated in a civic celebration of the Halloween season.
