Meeting called to order by President Howlett at 7:00 pm. Roll Call: PRESENT:President Molly Howlett, Pro-Tem Frederick Cattle, Trustee Patrick Harden,Trustee Richard Mullins, Trustee Quintanilla, Trustee Christina DuWig, Trustee Valdez-Weaks; ABSENT:; Others Present:  Debbie Nogle, Village Clerk, John Gormley, Village Attorney, Citizens were also present

Approval of Agenda

MOTION by Cattell, SUPPORTED by Mullins to approve the October 1, 2018 agenda as amended; add Eaton Federal Bank (Stockbridge State Bank)

Motion carried with unanimous ayes.

Approval of Minutes

MOTION by Harden, SUPPORTED by Cattell to approve the minutes of September 4, 2018 as amended.

Motion carried with unanimous ayes.

FINANCIAL REPORT:  Accounts PayableMOTION by Cattell SUPPORTED by Quintanilla; to approve the accounts payable as presented by Clerk Nogle.

NEW BUSINESS: Zoning Ordinance and Map: MOTION by Quintanilla SUPPORTED by Cattell, APPROVED; Ordinance 2018.10-01, an Ordinance to approving Text Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance to complete re-statement and replacement of the existing zoning ordinance. AYES: Mullins, Cattell, Valdez-Weaks, Harden, Quintanilla, Howlett NAYS: None; ABSENT: DuWig MOTION PASSED; Trick-or-Treat Hours –  MOTION by Mullins, SUPPORTED by Cattell, APPROVED; to have trick-or-treat hours from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Motion carried unanimously. WIFI in Conference Room: MOTION by Mullins, SUPPORTED by Harden, APPROVED; to spend up to 1,00 with a contribution from the DDA in the amount of 500.00 for WIFI in the Conference Room. AYES: Valdez-Weaks, Cattell, Harden, Quintanilla, Mullins, Howlett NAYS: None; ABSENT: DuWig MOTION PASSED; Eaton Federal Bank (Stockbridge State Bank): MOTION by Harden, SUPPORTED by Cattell, APPROVED; Authorize the Village Attorney to get survey for the parking lot at Eaton Federal Bank (Stockbridge State Bank).
