Pre-Registration 2025/2026 Young 5 & Kindergarten
You may use this form to pre-register your child for our Young 5 or Kindergarten programs for the 2025/2026 school year. To fully register for one of our programs, you must either attend our Round up date or contact our main office at 517-851-7735.
Young 5/Kindergarten Round up will take place on Thursday February 27, 2025 at Smith Elementary.
Once you complete this form, you will receive an email with further instructions.
Please be prepared to bring the following to Round up:
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Up to date Immunization records
- Proof of Residency (Piece of mail etc.)
