The Waterloo Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 15,2025 at 7:00pm at the Waterloo Township Offices located at 9773 Mt. Hope Road, Munith, MI 49259. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment on a variance request for exceeding
setback allowances on the side and rear property lines for proposed construction on Parcel 000-10-02-426-006-00 located at 2760 Cozy Cove, Grass Lake, MI 49240 and owned by Kim Elliott.
