The Stockbridge American Legion Riders Post 510 will be hosting its Tenth Chili Cook Off, April 13 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Stockbridge American Legion Hall. Cost is $5 to enter, but that buys a chance to try all the unique chili dishes. Then be sure to vote for your favorite. Door prizes, 50/50 drawings and raffles throughout the afternoon. The big raffle will be a Weber Grill. This year the ALR has added a photo booth.

The ALR helps many veteran causes and gives back to the community. Come out and support the ALR and have a great afternoon.

The American Legion organization counts more than 110,000 American Legion Riders among its ranks nationwide. Its website states that its chapters, “are well known for their charitable work.” Meanwhile, here in Stockbridge the Riders are cooking their way to making a difference in their local community.
