And we’re off! Gregory 4th of July Parade heads down Main Street

Coverage of the 2026 Gregory 4th of July Parade continues here. See other posts at stockbridgecommunitynews.com for the lead-up to the parade and views of the crowd.

As the sun began peeking out from behind the clouds, the 51st annual Gregory 4th of July Parade was off and running. Master of ceremonies Gordie Kunzelman announced each entry in the parade as they traversed down Main Street and onto M-106 in Gregory. In addition to honoring this year’s grand marshal, Chief Wendy Hause of the UTFD, this year’s parade boasted just shy of 50 entries—from trucks and flatbed floats to Legion members and kids on decorated bikes. And did we mention tractors? Not surprisingly, there were lots and lots of tractors, some old and some new. Some towing and some just showing off on their own. No rural parade is complete with equestrian entries, and Gregory’s parade gladly complied. Even the pooper scooper had fun trying to coax people into volunteering for his job next year!

Below is a list of parade entries followed by photos from the event. Apologies for any entries we were not able to photograph. The sheer number of entries, and occasionally the angle of the sun, made it difficult to get usable photos of every entry.
