SRSLY is once again hosting fun nights in the park this summer! Join us on Monday nights in Vet’s Park for games and other activities. Youth in grades 5 and above are welcome! Stop by anytime from 3-5 p.m.

The Federated Church of Grass Lake will again be hosting their Annual Pancake Breakfast at the church on Wednesday, July 4, from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM. The proceeds from this year’s breakfast will be directed to the purchase of a new wheelchair for Grass Lake’s Jay Mead. In addition to supporting this effort, those of you who haven’t seen the church’s new fellowship hall will have an opportunity to do that. It is beautiful.

If you are unable to attend and would like to contribute to Jay’s wheelchair fund, send a check made out to:

PS: A reminder that after the breakfast, the July 4th parade begins at 10:00 AM at George Long Elementary School, followed by the Grass Lake Sportsman’s Club Chicken Broil at the County Park, followed by cardboard boat races at the Park at 1:30 PM, sponsored by the Grass Lake LEO Club.

Stockbridge Township Clerk Becky Muraf will be doing Voter Registration for Stockbridge Township residents from 4 to 7 pm at the Open Air Market this Friday, July 6. The deadline to register to vote in Michigan is Monday, July 9.
