CHELSEA, Michigan (Dec. 9, 2019) – St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea will offer Senior Fit classes at Emanuel United Church of Christ, located at 324 W. Main Street in Manchester, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:15 to 2:15 p.m.  Senior Fit is a FREE exercise program for people age 55 and over that encourages senior adults to exercise their way to a healthier lifestyle.  The program features standing and chair exercises that build strength and flexibility, as well as improve balance and cardiovascular fitness.

Kids love getting creative with our LEGO collection! Imaginative play helps develop skills used for reading. Tuesdays, Jan. 7–Feb. 25 • 4–5:30 p.m.

Get creative with a different take-home craft project every month (while supplies last). 2nd Tuesdays • 5–6 p.m.
