St Mary Community Christmas Breakfast
On Sunday, December 8th, St Mary Men’s Club in Pinckney is proudly sponsoring our annual "Community Christmas Breakfast" at the Parish, located south of M-36 at 10601 Dexter Pinckney Road in Putnam Township. Breakfast is served 8:30 until 11:00am and is a Free Will Donation. Proceeds provide food baskets for our neighbors in need and funding for our Community Food Banks, Gleaners, Love Inc and St Mary’s Food Pantry. All donations are welcomed and tax receipts are available upon request. Our delicious menu is considered the best in the area serving everything from homemade breakfast burritos to waffles. It is truly a Community Christmas Event and All are Welcome to join as a Family, to help our Neighbors and celebrate the true meaning of Christmas. FALL MUSHROOM HUNT: 2:00 – 3:30 p.m., Sunday, September 21. Come search the woods to find and collect fall mushrooms! Afterwards, mushroom experts Phil Tedeschi and Kirk Coppernoll will look at your collection and identify those that are edible and those that are poisonous. Bring a basket or paper bag and waxed paper for collecting. Cost: $2/person or $5/family. Eddy Discovery Center, 17030 Bush Rd. in the Waterloo Recreation Area near Chelsea. Program limited to 35 participants. The building is closed so program will be entirely outdoors.
