From CADL Stockbridge

Some holiday events coming back to library

by Head Librarian Sherri McConnell

While some things have been put on hold, some of our much-anticipated holiday traditions have returned to the library this year.

The reindeer are coming! Come by CADL Stockbridge on Monday, Dec. 13 from 3:30-5 p.m. to rub their noses and scratch their ears.

In addition, a drop-in craft is set for Friday, Dec. 10 or Saturday, Dec. 11 during open hours. Come by and make a ribbon and bead ornament for your tree or someone else’s. It also will be available as a Take and Make Kit.

On Wednesday, Dec. 15 at 10:30 a.m., we will have a special storytime for the youngest readers.

Our traditional open house sponsored by the Friends of the Stockbridge Library will be back next year. The staff members of the Stockbridge Branch wish you all a warm and bright holiday season!

The Capital Area District Libraries’ Stockbridge Branch is located at 200 Wood St. For more information, call 517-851-7810 or visit cadl.org.
