JV Baseball Team Having Rough Spring

The JV baseball team has had a rough spring as the Panthers are still looking for their first win of the season.

The Panthers dropped three games to Perry this week.

The fell 11-4 in the opener.

Zach Fletcher led the Panthers with three hits and two RBI. Jack McLennan added two hits and two runs cored while Nolan Snider and Cruz Medina had one hit each. Fletcher struck out seven on the mound for the Panthers.

The Panthers dropped the second game 15-10.

Dakota Whitaker had two hits and three runs scored and Medina two hits and an RBI to lead the Panthers. Snider had a hit and two RBI, Fletcher and Conner Fitzsimmons a hit and RBI each. McLennan struck out five on the mound.

Stockbridge fell in the final game 14-3.

Whitaker had two hits and two runs scored, while Fletcher had a hit and RBI and Dustin Whitney one hit.

The Panthers dropped to 0-16 on the season.
