Munith Lions Halloween Parade: Saturday, October 27

The Munith Lions are busy planning their annual community Halloween parade. For over 40 years, the Munith Lions have sponsored this yearly event, the only event still celebrated within this small community.

Treat bags will be handed out and we will be offering free cider, donuts and popcorn.

The Lions will also be giving free vision testing for kids at the Munith Methodist Church on 7th Street.

There will be a float contest with the parade Grand Marshal judging the top three floats.

1st Place – $50

2nd Place – $30

3rd Place – $20

If you would like to join in the parade, line up starts at 1 pm on 1st Street. Children and adults alike may walk or bike in the parade. If you bike and you're wearing a costume, make sure you can see clearly and ride safely.
