    St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea offers free yoga for
    those affected by cancer

    Patients, survivors, friends and family welcome

     

    CHELSEA, Mich. (April 13, 2017) – St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea, in partnership with the Cancer Support Community of Greater Ann Arbor, will host a professionally instructed weekly yoga class for individuals impacted by cancer.  This class supports well-being and physical recovery through strength building yoga postures, gentle movement, breath awareness and relaxation.  All patients, survivors, friends and family are welcome.

     

    Date: Every Monday

    Time: 6 – 7 p.m.

    Location: Physical Therapy Gym inside St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea, 775 South Main Street in Chelsea

     

    Mats and other supplies will be provided and no previous yoga experience is required.  Interested participants can request more information or ask questions by contacting Rosie Morrison at 734-975-2500.
