The class will be led by trained peer mentors who also live with mental illness. This is not a support group, but a supportive, safe and confidential program. This course teaches the basics about serious brain disorders and treatments, helps connect people to others who share a similar experience and teaches important skills and coping techniques for their difficult journey.
