It is early in the season, but the Stockbridge golf team has started the 2026 spring season quickly.

The Panthers opened with 227-231 dual meet win over Pinckney April 9.

Bradley Buddenborg and Jackson Gauthier paced the Panthers with rounds of 44 to tie for medalist honors.

Cody Asquith was just one stroke back at 45, while Wyatt Loso and John Ransom each shot 47. Lucas Hoard followed with a 49, Kellen Perron 56, and Devin Bennett 59.

The Panthers finished second at the first Big 8 jamboree of the season April 13 in Concord.

Stockbridge finished with a team score of 181, behind only Springport with 174 and two shots better than Quincy with 183.

Wyatt Loso fired a round of 40 to finish second overall.

Bradley Buddenborg shot 44 and finished fifth, with Jackson Gauthier right behind with a 46. John Ransom finished with 51, Cody Asquith 52, and Lucas Hoard 56.
