Meeting called to order by President Howlett at 7:02 pm. Roll Call: PRESENT:President Molly Howlett, Pro-Tem Frederick Cattell,   Trustee Patrick Harden,Trustee Richard Mullins, Trustee Quintanilla; ABSENT: Trustee Christina DuWig, Trustee Valdez-Weaks ;Others Present:  Debbie Nogle, Village Clerk, John Gormley, Village Attorney,       Johnnie Torres, Police Chief, Citizens were also present

Approval of Agenda

MOTION by Cattell, SUPPORTED by Harden to approve the August 6, 2018 agenda as amended; add Ordinance

Motion carried with unanimous ayes.

Approval of Minutes

MOTION by Mullins, SUPPORTED by Quintanilla to approve the minutes of July 9, 2018 as amended to correct the adjourn time to 9:30.

Motion carried with unanimous ayes.

MOTION by Mullins, SUPPORTED by Cattell to approve the special minutes of July 30, 2018 as presented by Clerk Nogle as amended.

Motion carried with unanimous ayes

FINANCIAL REPORT:

MOTION by Cattell SUPPORTED by Mullins,; to approve the accounts payable as presented by Clerk Nogle.

Harvest Moon Festival Special Liquor License

MOTION by Cattell, SUPPORTED by Harden, APPROVED; the Special Liquor License presented by Clerk Nogle for the Harvest Moon Festival for August 14-15, 2018.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

MOTION by Cattell SUPPORTED by Mullins, APPROVED; Ordinance 2018-08.06 to authorize the sale of an Easement, Parcel No. 33-42-16-26-302-006.
