ORDINANCE PROHIBITING MARIHUANA ESTABLISHMENTS
Ordinance No. 18-12-20-1
At a meeting of the Waterloo Township Board Township, Jackson County, Michigan, held at the Waterloo Township hall on December 20, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., Board Member Walz moved to adopt the following Ordinance, which motion was seconded by Board Member Kitley:
An Ordinance to prohibit marihuana establishments within the boundaries of Waterloo Township pursuant to the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act, Initiated Law 1 of 2018, as amended.
The Waterloo Township Board voted on the above with the possibility of amending it when the State of Michigan decides on their regulations.

It’s spelled right! Some use H some use J..i’ll take it either way 😉
Federal government officially spells it with an H so many state and local governments do as well. Michigan just approved using a J in informal communications.
