The Friends of the Library volunteers decorate light pole for Halloween
Volunteers for the Friends of the Library get to work on a light pole display that celebrates the 20th anniversary of both the Capital Area District Libraries and the Harry Potter book series by J.K. Rowling. The pole is one of dozens that have been decorated in a civic celebration of the Halloween season.
