Cross Country Teams Qualify for Regionals

The Stockbridge cross country teams swept the pre-regional in Stockbridge and qualified for the D3 Regional hosted by Ann Arbor Huron October 31.

He girls finished with 25 points, beating out Ann Arbor Greenhills with 34 and Riverview Gabriel Richard with 93.

The Panthers took four of the top five places on their way to the win.

Rylee Tolson dominated the race with a PR of 17:47, almost four minutes faster than second place.

Brianna Hill was in second with a time of 21:21 and Kaitelyn Walker third in 21:50. Julianna Debozy was fifth in 22:10, Joy Younglblood 14th in 24:40, Peyton Killinger 15th in 25:01, and Sidney Gipe 16th in 25:11.

The boys dominated with 25 points by taking four of the top five places. Riverview was second with 45 an Greenhills third with 61.

Dalton Satkowiak was second in 17:30 and Collin Cook third in 17:43. Micah Bolton was right behind in fourth in 17:52, Ben Chapman fifth in 17:53, Brock Jones eight in 18:12, Jonah Coffman ninth in 18:27, and Brandon Howlett 16th in 19:00
