Panthers Improve to 3-0 with Pair of Wins

The Panthers used a big first quarter to take an early 19-10 lead and held on for a 73-60 win over Lansing Christian.

Robinson scored seven and Ballagh hit a pair of triples to spark the Panthers first quarter run.

CSA held tough in the second, but Collin scored seven in the quart to help the Panthers keep a 34-26 lead at the break.

Collins stayed hot in the third with 11 points and Robinson added seven as Stockbridge pushed the lead to 56-40 after three and cruised to the win.

Stockbridge was led by Collins with 27 points.

Robinson finished with 20 points and Sawicki nine. Ballagh added seven points, David Kluesner four, and Rogozinksi one.

Lansing Christian

After struggling in the first half the Panthers came to life in the second and pulled away to beat Lansing Christian 43-30.

Stockbridge took an 8-2 lead after one, but the Pilgrims battled back to cut the lead to 15-12 at the half.

The Panthers heated up in the third building a 28-21 lead when Ballagh caught a long inbounds pass and launched an off-balance three-pointer at the buzzer that went in to give the Panthers a 31-21 lead after three.

Collins took over in the fourth, scoring ten of the Panthers 12 points as the pulled away for the win.

Stockbridge was led by Collins with 18 points, followed by Robinson with 11 and Ballagh 10. Rogozinski added three points and Kluesner one.
